Charles D. White has an extensive depth of experience in the Commercial real estate industry starting in 1982 with Coldwell Banker Commercial (now CB Richard Ellis). Chuck also brokered for Cushman & Wakefield, as well as worked for two prominent real estate investment trusts, Liberty Property Trust and Duke Realty. Chuck has brokered some of the largest tenant transactions in the Jacksonville market. This has led to Chuck being awarded, for an unprecedented two successive years, Jacksonville 's NAIOP "Office Broker of the Year" for 2003 and 2004, as well as NAIOP's 2003 "Office Lease/Sale of the Year" for his tenant representation services for Nuvell Financial Services, a division of General Motors.
Chuck is proud to serve as NAIOP Northeast Florida Chapter's President for 2008.
Richard J. Toomey has over 16 years of brokerage and development experience in Northeast Florida in both commercial and residential properties with Associated Capital Properties, Highwoods Properties (NYSE: HIW), Capital Partners and Commercial Jacksonville. Richard currently performs all of NAI Commercial Jacksonville's acquisition and development activities for company-owned assets. His responsibilities include both commercial and high-line residential properties. Richard is also very active in creating joint venture partnerships with "working" equity partners. His concept of joining with architects, land planners, and general contractors, as equity partners creates an "all-under-one-roof" development team. This encourages a unified, aligned, and equally motivated partnership to provide the best possible product with the highest earning potential per development.
